Sculpture Objective:
Many ranches keep a cow dog or two around the place to help with working livestock. There a number of breeds of ranch working dogs, this one represents a Border Collie. Being natural herders, these dogs can be invaluable. In this sculpture a cow dog is ready to have the cowboy throw a ball to chase after a long day of working cattle. Somehow they find the energy to have a little fun even after working sun up to sun down.
